1. Right of Withdrawal

2. Returns
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days after notifying us of the withdrawal.

3. Return Shipping Costs
The customer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods, provided that the customer was informed of this before concluding the purchase contract.
For defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items, please contact our customer service team first at support@notingo.shop so that we can determine an appropriate solution.
4. Refunds
Following a valid withdrawal, we will generally refund the payments we have received within the statutory period.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs earlier.
The refund will generally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Condition of the Goods
Please handle the goods carefully while inspecting and returning them.
You are only liable for any loss in value if that loss results from handling the goods in a manner that was not necessary to examine their condition, characteristics, or functionality.
6. Statutory Warranty Rights

7. Statutory Exceptions
